Mortgage Rates Dropped
Mortgage rates have dipped to their lowest level in nearly 11 months, with today's 30-year fixed mortgage averaging between 6.1% and 6.3%, depending on the source. The 15-year fixed option is hovering in the 5.6%- 5.8% range.
