The latest data from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® shows that our local housing market continues to move steadily, with 2,823 total home sales in September 2025. Of those, approximately 28% were new construction and 72% were pre-owned homes, highlighting the continued strength of both the resale and builder markets. Read More
